Plaintiffs’ lawyer J. Darren Summerville has opened his own firm after almost two years in a partnership with his mentor, William Q. Bird of the Bird Law Group. Summerville joined Bird in 2009 after starting his legal career at Bondurant Mixson & Elmore.
“He was ready to captain his own ship,” said Bird.
