In a blistering majority opinion, a split federal appeals court panel has upheld sanctions of nearly $400,000 against a South Florida plaintiffs’ firm.

Amlong of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The case was rooted in their submission of a document containing hundreds of corrections to their client’s deposition in her sexual harassment case.
