Kent B. Alexander will become the general counsel of CARE USA next week, succeeding Linda K. DiSantis, the humanitarian and relief agency’s general counsel since November 2008. DiSantis is retiring on April 15.

“CARE was one of those ‘aha’ moments for me,” said Alexander, who said he expressed interest in the job in late January, after learning that DiSantis was retiring.
