Pall Corp., a leading supplier of filtration, separation and purification technologies, announced last Friday that Eric Krasnoff, chairman of the board, president and CEO, and general counsel Sandra Marino would be stepping down.
On Jan. 10, both gave notice to the board of directors that they intended to pursue a personal relationship. After 17 years with the company, Krasnoff will retire on his 60th birthday in March 2012 or earlier if a replacement is found.
