When hundreds of Prudential Life Insurance Co. employees who accused the company of bribing their lawyers to keep their employment claims out of court settled last November, the terms were kept secret, including the amount of legal fees to be paid to their lawyers.
But a fight over those fees has spilled out into the open, as a bank that loaned money to one of the lawyers, with his contingent fees as collateral, tries to enforce a $10.3 million judgment against him.
