A suit pitting a Smyrna gun dealer against New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg got airtime at the Georgia Court of Appeals on Tuesday, when former Georgia congressman Bob Barr and litigator Peter C. Canfield faced off over a single page that wasn’t filed in the court record.
