The Georgia Court of Appeals has revived a suit brought by a man who said he was cheated out of more than $13,000 he paid for a two-week African safari that was canceled.
Presiding Judge Anne E. Barnes, joined by the court’s newest members, Judges Keith R. Blackwell and Stephen L. A. Dillard, said that a Fulton County Superior Court judge had not considered the proper factors when deciding to toss the man’s suit.
