Georgia has weighed in on a controversial case headed to the U.S. Supreme Court over whether a California law that bans the sale or rental of violent video games to minors should be upheld.
Attorney General Thurbert E. Baker joined with AGs from eight other states and Puerto Rico last week in an amicus brief that argues the law compromises freedom of speech and places unreasonable burden on law enforcement. Eleven other states have sided with California.
