Mergermarket’s Georgia deal statistics for the first three quarters of 2010 show that law firms with Atlanta offices topped the list of legal advisers on deals by volume, but New York and London firms dominated the list of legal advisers ranked by aggregate deal value.
Only three firms with Atlanta offices worked on deals that made Mergermarket’s list of the 15 highest-value deals involving Georgia companies for the period-McKenna Long & Aldridge, King & Spalding and Jones Day.
