Three legislators whose photos appear on DeKalb Superior Court judicial candidate Michael L. Rothenberg’s campaign website under the heading “The Community Supports Michael Rothenberg” say that they do not back his candidacy.
Those legislators are U.S. Reps. John Lewis and Hank Johnson and state Sen. Jason Carter, all pictured in separate photos arm-in-arm with Rothenberg on a web page with a URL containing the word “endorsements.”
