Alston & Bird has dropped its plans to partner with developer Daniel Corp. as the anchor tenant for a new office building and is considering an “aggressive offer” from its current landlord to consolidate all its offices at One Atlantic Center, according to a Daniel Corp. executive.
Steven G. Baile, the senior vice president at Daniel working with Alston, said in an e-mail response to a Daily Report inquiry that he understands the firm “has received an aggressive offer from Hines to restack and consolidate in One Atlantic Center.”
