Lawyers hoping for relief from a 567 percent increase in the cost of transmitting trial court records to Georgia appeals courts got mixed news on Wednesday.
The state Supreme Court changed its rules to provide an interim solution to the price hike, but the judges of the Court of Appeals rejected a move to change their rules similarly.
