Homer L. Walker has left Alston & Bird for a partnership at Morris, Manning & Martin. Walker is a real estate lawyer who handles the development of commercial and residential projects as well as real estate joint ventures and investment funds. Developer clients include Atlanta-based Regent Partners, which handled the Sovereign Building in Buckhead, a mix of office, retail and residential space.

Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith has added employment and benefits capabilities as part of the firm’s push to develop its Atlanta office into a full-service operation.
