Kilpatrick Stockton has renewed its lease at 1100 Peachtree St. for another 15 years, a spokesperson for the firm confirmed Tuesday.
At more than 200,000 square feet, it is the largest law firm lease signed so far this year. Alston & Bird is in the market for between 300,000 and 350,000 square feet of space, but has not decided whether it will stay in its current offices at One Atlantic Center or become the anchor tenant for a new building.
