Fisher & Phillips announced Thursday that it has raised its associates’ annual salaries by about $10,000.

Half of the increase will show up in the associates’ paychecks, and the other half will be paid in a lump sum at the end of the year for associates meeting performance standards, said the firm’s chairman, Roger K. Quillen. That sum is on top of the existing bonus system, he added.
