Savannah attorney Richard H. Middleton Jr. settled a wrongful death suit last Friday against Rabun County’s Dillard House stemming from the death of a guest who became ill after a stay at the resort.
“This was a case of a 60-year-old man who got Legionnaires’ Disease from a contaminated hot tub,” said Middleton.
