Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz has recruited two shareholders, Mark A. Barber and Robert N. Johnson, and an associate, Michael W. Horst.

Barber and Horst join the firm from Hall Booth Smith & Slover. Barber, a partner at Hall Booth, is a litigator who focuses on complex personal injury litigation, including tractor-trailer accidents, construction and electric line contract litigation. He joins the firm’s transportation and business litigation groups.
