Atlanta lawyer Marc B. Hershovitz recalled a time four or five years ago-before Cathelene “Tina” Robinson took over the Fulton Superior Court clerk’s office-when he was having trouble getting the office to get a trial record prepared for appeal.
“I sent the clerk an anniversary card to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the filing of the notice of appeal,” recalled Hershovitz. “Shortly thereafter, the record got transmitted.”
