Securities lawyers don’t clean deep wounds or change dressings on amputated limbs, but those were some of the tasks Sutherland partner Peter J. Anderson performed in earthquake-ravaged Haiti last week.

Anderson was there with ServeHAITI, a charity he helped found about 10 years ago. He visits the country about five to six weeks per year, often lending a hand at one of the two medical clinics run by the organization.
