AP - Smugglers tried but failed to hide 400 pounds of marijuana inside a load of cat food.The Department of Public Safety said Motor Transportation officers found 10 boxes of cellophane- wrapped pot during a routine inspection Saturday at the Lordsburg port of entry.The load, with an estimated street value of $620,000, was picked up in California and was headed to Atlanta.
