Employment law is weathering the recession better than practice areas such as real estate finance, which is giving some employment lawyers the maneuvering room to change firms in pursuit of a more ideal platform.
Thomas A. Cox Jr. has left the regional firm Miller & Martin for the bigger platform of Epstein Becker & Green, while Christopher E. Parker has left the smaller firm of Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins to join Miller & Martin.
