The day after American Indians represented by Kilpatrick Stockton announced they were accepting a $3.4 billion settlement to end their 13-year suit against the federal government, the firm’s co-managing partner sounded as if whatever the firm collects in legal fees will be secondary to the psychic victory he feels.
