Eliminating a key defense to laws criminalizing teachers who have sex with their students is among several criminal law issues that state legislators will discuss starting today.
With the 2010 General Assembly starting Jan. 11, legislators are planning to use this week to hash out ideas, including at least a half-dozen of interest to prosecutors and criminal defense lawyers.
