Cada T. Kilgore III, who has spent most of his 30-year legal career at big firms focused on power cooperative law, has joined Autry, Horton & Cole, an eight-lawyer business law boutique specializing in that area.

Two of Autry Horton’s partners, Charles T. Autry and Roland F. Hall, have literally written the book on co-op law, “The Law of Cooperatives,” which was published earlier this year by the American Bar Association’s business law section.
