Alston & Bird partner Mark C. Rusche is working on one of the biggest leases of his career. He’s deciding where his firm’s Atlanta headquarters will be when its leases at One Atlantic Center and Atlantic Center Plaza expire in 2013, and that could mean anchoring a new office tower.
