Cary Ichter and three colleagues, James J. “Jim” Thomas II, S. Renee Huskey and Patricia A. Roy, have left Adorno & Yoss to form Ichter Thomas. The new firm is located at 100 Tower Place.

For Ichter, the new litigation boutique, which launched last week, is a return to running his own shop, after trying three big firms in a bit more than six years. Ichter said he missed having his own firm and “more control over my professional destiny, particularly in these economic times.”
