Two of Martin Luther King Jr.’s children have sued their brother, Dexter Scott King, for taking money out of the estate of their late mother without authorization, and for not providing details about how he’s managing the MLK estate.
Bernice A. King and Martin Luther King III allege in their complaint that on June 20, Dexter King transferred money out of Coretta Scott King’s estate for his own use without authorization.
