AP - An investor who says he lost millions on the failed Military Channel cannot collect from the bank that handled the network's funds, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday.The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati turned down Paul Bariteau's request to reinstate his lawsuit against PNC Bank, ruling that he wasn't part of a provision between the channel and the bank he cited in his lawsuit.
