King & Spalding’s expansion streak has continued with a flurry of announcements in the past two weeks that the firm has opened a one-lawyer office in Abu Dhabi and added 11 partners-including six health care partners in the firm’s Houston and Washington offices from Houston’s Vinson & Elkins.
Angus N. McFadden, the firm’s man in Abu Dhabi, moved there from Atlanta several months ago as the firm underwent the licensing process. He is counsel in the firm’s construction and projects practice.
