Director Todd Haynes “Safe,” “Far From Heaven” asks us to accept six different versions of the ’60s icon-among them, Cate Blanchett, Christian Bale, the late Heath Ledger, Richard Gere, and 11-year-old African-American Marcus Carl Franklin.
