Pronouncing himself “feeling very well,” Public Service Commission Chairman Robert B. “Bobby” Baker welcomed Monday’s unanimous Georgia Supreme Court decision ending a determined effort to drive him from office.

The high court ruled that none of the evidence presented by a former political foe proved that Baker maintains his legal residency in DeKalb County, instead of in his Clarke County district, as required by law.
