The recent run by Radiant Systems Inc. to gobble up its re-sellers in the U.S. and abroad has meant a steady stream of work for DLA Piper partner Michael E. Rubinger.
Radiant, of Alpharetta, makes point-of-sale systems that process retail transactions at restaurants, movie theaters, stadiums and other locations. Radiant also makes the software that runs the units. Radiant sells its products directly to its customers, as well as through other companies.
