The State Bar of Georgia is seeking ways to help the new generation of veterans returning from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars with problems they encounter on their re-entry to civilian life.
Service members often need legal help in matters such as divorce or disputes with a landlord. When they return from deployment, they can have trouble getting their old jobs back and receiving the benefits and medical treatment to which they’re entitled.
