The economy has hit the skids, but that hasn’t meant a decline in work for Joshua M. Kamin. It just gives him an opportunity to occasionally change hats.

A real estate capital markets partner at King & Spalding, Kamin says much of his practice of late has consisted of visiting with clients to make whiteboard presentations and offer other services that resemble the work of a business consultant or investment banker.
