Intellectual property boutique Fish & Richardson’s midlevel associates are the happiest in town, based on their rating of the firm’s Atlanta office in The American Lawyer’s midlevel associate survey.
The Atlanta offices of 17 firms participated in the survey this year, an annual effort to gauge how satisfied third- to fifth-year associates are with their firms. The survey, taken this spring, asked associates to rate their firm anonymously on a scale of one low to five high across categories that included quality of work, pay, billable hours expectations, mentoring and office morale.
