A runoff is in store for the three top vote-getters hoping to occupy the seat of retiring Fulton County Judge Thelma Wyatt Cummings Moore.
Kimberly Esmond Adams garnered 20.3 percent of the vote with 99 percent of the precincts reporting. A tie for second place was between Mike Wallace and Patricia “Pat” Jackson with 16.7 percent apiece.
