COLUMBIA, S.C. AP – Three South Carolina men accused of scamming thousands of people out of $80 million want their federal charges dismissed because they say prosecutors don’t have jurisdiction over their case.

The men, who once ran a business called the “3 Hebrew Boys,” filed a disjointed, 33-page motion late Tuesday that concludes with biblical quotes in hopes a judge will agree their case is a civil matter and return the money seized by investigators.
