For the Democrat and Republican lawyers who are organizing teams of attorneys to monitor the upcoming elections, it’s all a matter of expectations.
On the Republican side, lawyers think that Sen. John McCain has the Peach State essentially locked up. So, rather than deploying a couple hundred lawyers in Georgia to watch for Election Day problems, GOP organizers are asking volunteers to travel to toss-up states such as Colorado and Ohio.
