Balch & Bingham will let its Atlanta staff work four days a week until local gas supplies are back to normal, said T. Joshua R. Archer, the office’s managing partner.
Staff members can choose whether they want to take off Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, and the absences will be staggered so that the firm will not lose sufficient coverage, said Archer. Staff will work the same number of hours per week as usual by working a couple of hours longer the other four days, he said.
