Atlanta business lawyers whose clients include Wachovia Corp.-and there are many of them-don’t seem very worried that the bank’s agreement to sell itself to Citigroup Inc. will mean a loss of business.

Wachovia spreads the wealth of its legal assignments to many of the big law firms in the city, according to attorneys interviewed by the Daily Report and a review of firm Web sites.
