After serving as the Dougherty County district attorney for 12 years, Kenneth B. Hodges III is giving up his post to join a health law boutique. He will join the Baudino Law Group on Nov. 1.

The 10-lawyer firm, based in Des Moines, Iowa, opened Georgia outposts in Albany and Atlanta last fall. Hodges will relocate from Albany, where the firm has one attorney, to run its Atlanta office, which now has three attorneys.
