Under construction with a target completion date of mid-2009, the 34-story tower will combine luxury condos, penthouses, office space and highly desirable retail space in a sleek glass design. One of the main selling points is that Ritz-Carlton will offer to the residents the same amenities its hotel guests receive, such as in-house dining with private chefs and concierge service.
