Paul R. Beshears has left Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough for Ford & Harrison, where he is a partner. Beshears is experienced in traditional labor law as well as employment litigation.
Beshears joined Nelson Mullins as an equity partner in 2004 as part of a five-lawyer labor and employment team that came from Smith Currie & Hancock. The group’s other equity partner, Daniel M. Shea, is still at Nelson Mullins, and Matthew T. Gomes, who joined the firm as of counsel, is now a partner there.
