Regarding your Jan. 20 article on the governor’s tort reform proposals and the people behind those proposals “Reform aimed at luring business”:

Your profile of the “thought leaders” behind the governor’s recent tort reform proposals sent me dashing to my dictionary to see if I really knew the definition of “thought.” If the two proposals put forward by the governor are any indication, the “thought” people need to do some more thinking. Both proposals are hard hearted and soft headed. They will impose risk, pain and loss on the citizens of the state of Georgia, and they almost certainly will not result in any substantial benefits to our state.
