The Georgia chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel has scheduled an interactive meeting on the ACC Value Challenge, a program dealing with managing outside counsel costs.

The in-house bar association launched the Value Challenge in Washington last September as a movement to bring in-house lawyers and their outside counsel together to manage costs more effectively. Clorox GC Laura Stein, then ACC board chair, issued a challenge to “help us start a revolution in the provision and delivery of corporate legal services.” Town hall-style meetings between in-house and law firm attorneys have since been held or scheduled around the country.
