Ky. inmates: Foul chicken was emotionally damaging

BURLINGTON, Vt. AP - Three men suing ConAgra Foods Inc. over frozen chicken they ate three years ago while in prison got their day in court Thursday.The chicken didn't.Christopher Butts, who says he was sickened by the bird, and Henry Butson and Corydon Cochran, who acknowledged they didn't become ill but are seeking emotional damages, brought the evidence in a brown paper bag to their civil trial Thursday in federal court.
