McGuireWoods has acquired a four-lawyer health law and mining boutique, Phears & Moldovan, plus a Bryan Cave-Powell Goldstein corporate lawyer, bringing the lawyer head count in its Atlanta office to 38.
H. Wayne Phears and Victor L. Moldovan join the firm as partners and bring two associates, David J. Forestner and Shayna A. Bowen, as well as paralegal Vicky Dracos.
