Miles Alexander believes that the most important thing about getting and keeping clients is “caring.” “What I mean is that their problems are your problems. You could just be a competent professional and come to work from nine to five, but if you really bleed with the client and understand what they are going through, they know that sense of caring can’t be faked, and it creates a reciprocal loyalty. It does tear me up if a client is in danger of losing something that is valuable.”
One of his first priorities is to try to understand the client’s business.
