Ford & Harrison reported a 4.9 percent increase in revenue to $80.8 million, from $77 million in 2007. The average profits per partner slid by 2.4 percent, to $388,045, from $397,785 in 2007; total compensation to non-equity partners rose by 13.1 percent, to $8.9 million from $7.9 million in 2007. The firm also added three non-equity partners last year, bringing the total to 43.

The firm’s lawyer head count is down three since 2007, to 186; total revenue per lawyer rose 6.6 percent to $434,374, from $407,641.
