Rogers & Hardin partner Richard H. Sinkfield doesn’t sugarcoat his advice to young lawyers.
“I tell young lawyers in our offices that your first client may be me or another partner here, and you are expected to be perfect. But the reward is that when you do that, I’ll be back to you. It’s an honor to be overworked in the sense that people want you to do something for them. Whether it is the lawyer you are working for or the client you serve, if they come back, that is a high distinction.”
